Orders are accepted on a pro forma basis.

 

Since all blagattas are bespoke items, clients will usually be asked to approve a colour swatch of the commissioned cloth before manufacture proceeds.

 

We ask that the client takes every care in establishing sizes in line with those of Marks & Spenser and confirms the same in writing at the time of order. This procedure has worked perfectly in well over hundreds of garments to date.

 

Any defect in finished garments will either be corrected and returned at our cost or result in the promise of a full refund without equivocation. 

 

We are proud to say that promise has not had to be fulfilled to date.
